On this one day course your staff will develop knowledge and understand the actions needed to comply with current hygiene regulations subjects covered will include: - Bacteriology - Prevention of food poisoning - Personal hygiene - Pest control - Cleaning and disinfection - Design of food premises/equipment - Legislation (Food Safety Act 1996 and Food Hygiene Regulations 1995)
This course is appropriate for anyone working within catering, manufacturing or retail settings where food is prepared, cooked and handled.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
The course is delivered at our campuses. The course consists of 6 hours tuition followed by a multiple choice exam. Lectures, videos and group participation are all included during the day.
