  • • identifying children and vulnerable adults suffering, or likely to suffer, significant harm or abuse AND
  • • taking appropriate action to see that such children and vulnerable adults are kept safe, both at home and at college.

Reporting a safeguarding concern during office hours

If you are concerned about the welfare and/or safety of yourself or another student, please contact the safeguarding team at safeguarding@cwa.ac.uk or call 01553 815265.

Reporting urgent safeguarding concerns outside of office hours

  • If you think there is a risk of immediate danger or harm to the person, please call 999.
  • If you are worried about the safety of a child or believe that they may be a victim of neglect, abuse or cruelty, contact the local children’s social care team or the NSPCC for advice.
