Victoria is taking her apprenticeship with Searles Leisure Group, attending CWA once per week while working full-time. She values the opportunity for both personal and professional development, while enjoying the work life balance that comes from earning while learning.

She said, “The College workshops are enjoyable and engaging. When I complete my apprenticeship, I would like to keep developing professionally. If you’re thinking about doing an apprenticeship, I’d say do it. The best thing about completing an apprenticeship is you can do it within work and alongside normal life.”
