George is undertaking his apprenticeship with Searles Leisure Group, attending college once per month, taking part in monthly workshops and completing coursework.

He said, “The benefit of doing an apprenticeship are the transferable skills and knowledge that can be applied directly to the role. I plan to take the level 5 course in time, with the intention to progress into a higher management position.”
