On Tuesday 10th August, students at the College of West Anglia (CWA) celebrated receiving their A-level results, alongside friends and staff.

This year, 78% of a-level students achieved grades A*-C, with an overall pass rate of 99% (grades A*-E).

CWA Principal, David Pomfret, said:

‘I am delighted with the good A-level results we have achieved this year. To achieve a pass rate of 99% is testament to the hard-work, dedication and commitment of both our students and teaching staff. In addition, the number of students achieving top grades has been good, with 77% achieving A*-C. We couldn’t be prouder of all they have achieved during their time with us and we wish them every success in their future endeavours.”

CWA student Ryan Allington achieved three A grades in Maths, Geography and Business Studies. Elouise Youngs also achieved 3 A grades in Sociology, English and Criminology.
