Short Courses at CWA
If you are looking to take up a new hobby, and develop valuable skills at the same time, our recreational short courses are for you!
All our courses offer a friendly and enjoyable way to learn and are designed to help you build practical skills and explore new interests. Many of our learners choose to return each term for a different course to continue developing their skills and make new friends.
We offer a wide range of courses, led by experienced and passionate tutors. Whether you want to learn the art of pickling, refine your excel skills or learn a language, there is something for everyone.

If it says "no stock" for the course or you are unable to find your chosen course, unfortunately the course is at capacity and there are no longer any spaces available.

Funding and Eligibility
- You must be aged 19 or over to study any of these courses with us
- Most courses are partially government funded, so repeat enrolments are not permitted
- There are currently no fee reductions or concessions available for these courses
- Course fees must be paid in full to secure your place
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- We do not operate waiting lists for recreational short courses
