“Setra Wood Products are a timber importer and distributor of high-quality Scandinavian softwood. We import material into King's Lynn via vessel from Sweden and the Baltics. Some of this material is further processed prior to distribution throughout much of the UK, via merchant and industrial customers.

We currently employ one apprentice. We find that the apprentices we have introduced to the business have always had a positive approach to learning as a tool to enhance their current job and career prospects. It is beneficial to add theoretical thinking to the practical role.

We chose CWA apprenticeship training as it is local to our business and provides the advice and support required. We have always found the College to be supportive and adaptable to our needs and requirements.

The apprentices we have employed from the College have gone on to develop a successful career within our business and have contributed to our ongoing growth. I would absolutely recommend CWA to other businesses for apprenticeship training!”
