Mia wanted to be a teacher, having completed a teacher assistant apprenticeship. She chose to study at UcWA as it was close to home and work and she had heard good things about UcWA from previous graduates.
Mia said, “I remember how friendly the tutors were and how lovely the class was. There was lots of laughter and I made lifelong friends.
I have been able to go onto teacher training. If it wasn’t for the support from UcWA, I wouldn’t have made it this far!”
