Jenna had always wanted to be a primary school teacher and chose to take her degree at UcWA as it was close to home and work.
She explained, “I was able to study and earn at the same time. Also, I liked how passionate the course leaders were.”
Jenna particularly enjoyed getting to meet a range of external professionals during her course, as well as working with her fellow course members and the course leaders.
She added, “My memories of UcWA are getting to visit various early years settings and hearing talks from a variety of professionals. The support given is 1:1 when it comes to assignments. If, like me, you do not want to study far away from home, then this is the perfect place for you.”
