After completing teaching assistant and early years educator level 3 qualifications, Ella wanted to progress to the next step of her early years education. She chose to study at UcWA as it was convenient alongside working hours and close to home.
Ella said, “UcWA provided lots of support and I particularly enjoyed studying with the other people on the course. To anyone thinking of returning to learning as an adult, I would say it’s definitely worth doing and very rewarding. It’s not as scary as you think.”
Ella has gone on to take her teacher training qualification at NESTT (Norfolk, Essex, Suffolk Teacher Training).
