Course Description

This course is an introduction to Microsoft Word 2016 and leads to the Microsoft Certification either the Word Associate exam MO-100 or Word Expert MO-101 exam enabling learners to demonstrate their ability to effectively use Microsoft word to accomplish business oriented tasks so is ideal for anyone wanting to boost their CV. This course is part of a suit of courses covering various industry recognised examinations.

There are no fee waivers or reductions available for this course. The full cost is payable on application. CWA staff can study this course for free. The cost of the course includes practice tests and the first exam attempt. Resits would incur an additional fee of 30 per exam.
